The commonly used iron-red temperature-resistant casing is composed of two parts: the inner layer of alkali-free glass fiber and the outer layer of silicone resin. According to domestic regulations, the alkali metal content of alkali-free glass fiber shall not exceed 0.8%. Its essence is an aluminoborosilicate component, which has the properties of high tensile strength, good chemical stability and strong insulation. The outer layer of silicone resin is a thermosetting polysiloxane polymer with a highly cross-linked structure, which has the dual characteristics of organic resin and inorganic material, high temperature resistance, water resistance and insulation. The characteristics of the fireproof casing made of the above two materials after weaving and vulcanizing coating can be summarized as follows:
Wear resistance and tear resistance
Oil and grease resistance and oxidation resistance
Acid and alkali resistant and iron slag resistant
Weather-resistant insulation and corrosion-resistant
